• Chinese Village - Opened on 22nd may 1999, chinese village took a lot of research in the making and interiors, since the project required the authenticity of a village. Books like “ancient china” and “lifestyles in rural china” formed a backbone in the development of interiors of this themed chinese restaurant.

Materials like bamboos, teak trees, water well, garden benches and tables were all imported from malaysia to give that touch of realism. Besides creating rural china inside the restaurant, the exterior of the restaurant was also designed to create a seating capacity of 20 people amidst a garden and a water drawing well !! this area soon became a landmark for the tourists.

• Kalavara - A dream that blossomed in 1997, the opening of Kalavara in Dubai with Nihal Hotel. The concept -tastes of South Indian food.

It was the first of its type in UAE and even in the Gulf. After that many came in the market, but we stand UNIQUE and we lead…
