A glimpse at some of our Natural Therapies: Hydro & Hydrothermal therapies • Hydro & Hydrothermal therapies are traditional methods of treatment that have been used for diseases & injuries by many cultures from the Romans to the Greeks, from China to Japan. • Hydrotherapy means the use of water as a therapeutic agent in any manner, status or temperature. • Hydrothermal therapy additionally uses its temperature effects, as in hot baths, saunas, wraps etc. • Crenotherapy( from the Greek "Crene", which means 'rising') is the therapy which uses natural spring water containing different minerals. This thermal water is used in baths for stimulating the digestion & circulation & additionally to help the immune system.
Rasul Treatment Rasul treatment
is a traditional Arabic ritual cleansing treatment. In a special room
different colored muds are applied to the body. Hipocrates(4660-337
BC) the father of traditional medicine, recommended the use of mud
in many of his treatments, & so did Empedocles, Galena & Paracelso
later. And even in our present era doctors continue to recommend the
application of mud on the body for curative purposes.
Precious Stones Therapy Precious Stones Therapy is based on traditional Chinese medicine. For this therapoy the client fills in a questionnaire to develop a 'type indicator'. The therapist then selects the suitable gemstones& oils which help to stimulate the reflexology zones on the spine. Natural healing usually refers to the use of non-invasive & non-pharmaceutical techniques to help heal people. One of these natural healing arts is Precious Stones Therapy.
