Fully licensed restaurants and bars to offer a great
variety of cuisines from around the world combined with exciting live
action and entertainment.
• 24 Seven. Casual all day dining restaurant offering international cuisine with a hint of Mediterranean flavour of Provencal and Tuscany flairs with Asian fusion. Located on the third floor with French windows open to the pool deck, the restaurant offers a choice of Buffet or a la Carte for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Aspen Café. The interactive and casual spirit of this lobby café ads up to the freshness of the place which serve special Kempinski deli offerings among other menu items for either eat-in or take away in addition to a wide array of beverages and coffee and tea delicacies. Open daily from 07:00 am until 01:00 am.
• 1897 Bar. The elegant wood and dim light complement the rich atmosphere at this clubbly lounge which offers a wide variety of drinks, cocktails, liquors and light meals combined with live entertainment. Located on the second floor and open daily from 12:00 midday until 02:00 am.
• Mosaic Bar. Located on the pool deck, partially in the overflowing swimming pool with views over Jumeirah skyline and the Arabian Gulf offering a variety of freshly squeezed fruit cocktails, smoothies, selective alcoholic beverages, and light snacks. Located on the second floor and open daily from 11:00 am until 08:00 pm.
• Sezzam Dining. The true showstopper with a -yet to be seen- restaurant concept; located at the pulsing interconnection between the shopping mall, Ski Dubai and the Hotel, the restaurant is a natural gathering joint of the complex with access from all three components in addition to main entrance right on Sheikh Zayed Road as a stand alone entity. The 935 seat restaurant features three cooking methods as opposed to ethnic cuisines, celebrating food at its simplest nature. Highlighting basic elements for cooking methods, one finds Flame, Bake, and Steam. Open daily from 11.30 am until 11.30 pm.
• Evory Lounge Fully licensed trendy bar, functioning as a quiet escape during the afternoon and early evening; gradually transforming into comfortable bar. Open on Saturday to Wednesday from 01:00 pm until 01:00 am and on Thursday to Friday from 01:00 pm until 03:00 am.
• In Room Dining Not so conventional room service concept offers the facility of organizing in-room parties, events, private gatherings, small scale bashes and much more.
