Resort Rooms (34):
Standard Deluxe rooms – close to gardens/pool, located in the grounds of the resort. The Resort Rooms offer easy access to all recreational facilities. All the rooms have bee re-modeled to provide spacious accommodation with Arabian influence.

Resort Garden View Rooms (52):
Overlooks garden and pools, facing toward the semi-tropical gardens. The resort Garden View guest rooms provide a haven of landscaped luxury. The pools, beach and restaurants are just a short walk from these recently remodeled rooms. Most have a large balcony / terrace from which to watch “garden vistas” whilst inside, Arabian touches abound in the furnishing and decorative styles of these superior rooms.

Tower Rooms (88):
Provide side view of the sea and marina or pool deck. Situated in the majestic towers of the Habtoor Gran Resort, The Tower Rooms are elevated to enjoy far-reaching views. With aspects over the rapidly emerging Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf, these beautifully appointed guest rooms have superb views. Arabesque touches create a uniquely Middle Eastern ambiance.

Tower Sea View Rooms (99):
Directly overlooking the beach / sea. The gracious towers offer extensive views the Arabian Gulf. The Tower Sea View Rooms provide a superb vantage point from which to enjoy the animated splendor of the lush gardens, beach and Arabian Gulf.

Tower Family Room (33):
Have side views of the sea and marina. These family rooms provide additional space and are larger than average rooms. A sofa is provided which readily converts to a comfortable double bed. Arabian decorative styles provide a flavor of the Middle East. All Family guest rooms benefit from a large 28” flat-screen television, DVD, high speed internet and feature a luxuriously equipped bathroom.

Grand Club Room (33):
Provides side view of sea and marina. The Grand Club Room offers guests a luxurious place in which to relax and rejuvenate. High speed internet, in-room fax machine and other business amenities ensure seamless communications. Some Club Rooms have marina-facing aspects. Conveniently located in the new Tower buildings. Guests can tale advantage of the Club Lounge, VIP airport pick-up service and reserved areas on the pool deck and beach.

Directly overlooking the beach / sea. From the Club Sea View Rooms, our guests can enjoy uninterrupted aspects over the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. A full suite of business amenities ensure that guests can stay in touch with the office. Alternatively, they may simply relax in rooms which exude Arabian character and Middle Eastern motifs. All Club Sea View Rooms have balconies and all features a large 28” flat screen television and a luxuriously equipped bathroom. Resort Studio (12):
Overlooks the gardens. Situated within the lush grounds of the hotel, the Resort Studios enjoy additional living space and comfortable lounge areas. All Resort amenities are within a short stroll amidst the semi-tropical gardens and the beach and polls are but a few seconds from the Studio. Most Studio rooms feature a balcony or terrace.

Resort Suite (2):
Overlooks the gardens. With a separate lounge area, the Resort Suites are both spacious and luxurious. Located within the grounds of the resort, the Suites are ideally placed for easy access to beach and gardens.
