- Free delivery and pick up within the metropolitan area of the location where the vehicle is to be dropped
- Car rental with unlimited Mileage class S (Toyota Vios, Toyota Yaris, Honda Jazz) if you book single/twin room and class M (Toyota Altis, Chevrolet Optra, Chevrolet Estate) if you book triple room for 2 full days (48 hours)
- The car is fully insured in case of non recoverable damaged the excess of 3,000 Baht applied
- LDW (Loss Damage Waiver), TP (Theft Protection), Third Party Insurance, PAI (Personal Accident Insurance)
- 24 hour emergency assistance service by call

Note
- Extension rate is inclusive of accommodation with daily breakfast and 1 day (24 hours) car rental

Rates Excluded :
Conditions :
- Booking period : Now until 31 October 2009
- The rates are valid for pick-up till 31 October 2009 only
- Our car is not over 2 years from date of manufacture
- Drivers are required to be at least 21 years of age, and there are no age surcharges or maximum age limitations
- Cancellation must be reached to Asia Travel at least 7 working days (low season), 14 working days (high season) and 30 working days (peak season) prior check in. Late cancellation will be charged at least 50% of total amount (upon to each hotel's policy).
- Shorter usage of car will be non-refundable
- Vehicle subject to availability
- Credit card must be supplied at time of collection in the main driver's name only
Excess (Payable by client in case of accident) : Maximum deductible of Baht 3,000 for car class S, M
Optional Items : (Must be pre-booked at time of booking and pay direct to supplier's counter)
- Baby Stroller 6 months to 3 years at 100 Baht/day maximum 1,000 Baht/rental
- Childseat 6 months to 3 years at 100 Baht/day maximum 1,000 Baht/rental
- GPS Navigator at 200 Baht/day maximum 2,000 Baht/rental
Documents and other requirements for car hire :
- Copy of Passport (Non-Thai National)
- Copy of valid driving license : The license may either be Thai, or from a renter's country of residence (with an English translation), or an international drivers permit in conjunction with a valid license
- Copy of valid credit card and pre-authorized amount of 5,000 Baht (Car size S, M) from customer's credit card as guarantee
