All bookings made for the above hotels
have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can
be made by credit
card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic
transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in
voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to
guest for easy reference. No charge for children under 12 years
old sharing room with parents with no extra bed.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment
is done and before 7 working days : There will be no cancellation
charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than
7 working days (not including Sat, Sun &
Public
holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit
card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will
be levied.
Note : for high season, require at least
14 working days before arrival date and at least 30 days
