  - Off-Airport Locations : Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Khao Lak Downtown, Krabi Downtown, and Phuket are off the airport but we deliver to airport and hotel.
• Free of charge for delivery and pick up within 15 kms. radius of supplier's offices

• The car is fully insured in case of non recoverable damaged the excess of 3,210 Baht applied

Conditions :

• Our car is not over 3 years from date of manufacture
• Drivers are required to be at least 21 years of age, and there are no age surcharges or maximum age limitations
  
• One-way rentals service is available between locations in Thailand, a minimum 5 days rental is required otherwise 2,140 Baht one way fee will be charged
  
• Cancellation must be reached to Asia Travel or supplier at least 72 hours prior to vehicle pick up otherwise 25% of total amount will be charged.
• Shorter usage of car will be non-refundable
  
• Vehicle subject to availability. Models are representative only ** Make/Model cannot be guaranteed **
• Verhicles hired are currently not permitted outside the Kingdom of Thailand. Failure to comply with this requirement will void all insurance coverage.
• All rental vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. Fuel not pre-purchased and will be charged for amount of fuel missing at the end of rental.
• Credit card must be supplied at time of collection in the main driver's name only

Excess (payable by client in case of accident):

• Maximum deductible of Baht 4,280 for car class XS, S, M, L and XL
  
• Maximum deductible of Baht 10,700 for car class IDAH

Documents and other requirements for car hire :

• Copy of Passport (Non-Thai National)
  
• Copy of valid driving license : The license may either be Thai, or from a renter's country of residence (with an English translation), or an international drivers permit in conjunction with a valid license
  
• Copy of valid credit card and pre-authorized amount of 5,000 Baht (Car size XS, S, M, L, XL) from customer's credit card as guarantee
