Delay of flight arrival : No fee will be charged for a delay up to 2 hours. Over 2 hours will incur fee of 400 Baht per hour (pay on spot)

SERVICES :

• Image driver/representative will meet and greet passengers at hotel/Airport with sign
• Service includes all tolls between Bangkok and Pattaya. Image reserves the right to choose the most convenient route depending on traffic and time of day
• A short stop on the way (to/from Pattaya) is permitted for refreshments (no longer than 15 minutes)
• In-car amenities include cold scented towels, tissues, water, magazines, newspapers and use of CD Player with remote control
• Image agrees to keep their cars clean at all times, and to provide drivers who have been trained in defensive driving. Drivers will speak some English
• All cars have first class insurance

Payment : All Bookings are on prepayment basis. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB, AMEX cards only)

Cancellation Policy :

1) If notification of cancellation is received 3 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to arrival date. : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to arrival date. : Non-Refundable
