Kaeng Krachan Country club and Golf Resort is part of The Kaeng Krachan Estate. It lies on 14,000acres of land situated on the Eastern Peninsula in Petchburi Province, 40km inland from Hua Hin. It is located on the northern side of the mountain range right in the center of the estate surrounded by the unique natural beauty of mountains, forests and lakes.Presently, the Kaeng Krachan Country Club and Golf Resort operates one Championship course designed by the Thai golf course designer Cherd Boonyaratavej. A second course designed by Jack Nicholas is under construction with front 9 holes having been scheduled for opening early in 2007, while another 18 hole course designed by Greg Norman is in the pipeline.
The course is in pretty good condition and is serviced with basic facilities including separate men’s and women’s changing rooms, a pro shop selling a range of clothing and accessories, and an open air bar/restaurant that looks out onto the course. |
