Child Policy :

- For children under 12 years, sharing room with 2 adults with extra-bed, an extra-bed is free of charge. Meals are not included.
- For children under 12 years, all their meal are 50% discount.
- For children under 2 years, a baby-cot is free of charge.
- Maximum 1 child / room.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:


  • A USD 10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
  • If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of USD 10.00.
  • If notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated period on the confirmation, it will be charged for an administrative fee of USD 10.00 PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
  • In case of no-show or shortening of stay, a fee will also be charged at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons PLUS an administrative fee of USD 10.00.

  • The cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand Public Holidays.
