    Cancellation Policy :

    1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 14 working days : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

    2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun &
    Public holidays    ) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
