All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) or telegraphic transfer. Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference. No charge for children under 12 years old sharing room with parents with no extra bed.

Cancellation Policy:
Low season (1 May - 31 October) : before 7 working days prior to check in date
High season (1 November - 30 April) : before 14 or 21 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy)
Peak season (20 December - 15 January) : before 30 or 45 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy)
Remarks : Working day does not include Saturday, Sunday & Thailand Public Holidays. |
- If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stimulated period as above : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
