Child Policy :
Maximum one child under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents without extra bed is free of charge (No Breakfast).
Baby Cot is free of charge.
Check - in : 14:00 hrs.
Check - out : 12:00 noon.
Late check-out : Late check out until 18:00 hr. will be charge 50% of the rate.
Early check-out : Full amount of the total reservation will be applied.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy :
A
USD 10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such
as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of
rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the
credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
If
notification of cancellation is received after payment is
done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your
credit card account less an administrative fee of USD 10.00.
If
notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated
period on the confirmation, it will
be charged for an administrative fee of USD 10.00 PLUS at
least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to
the hotel's policy in each seasons.
In case of no-show or shortening of stay, a fee will also be levied in full amount of the total reservation PLUS an administrative fee of USD 10.00.
Remark :
The cancellation
or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only,
not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand
