Family Plan :
There is no additional charge for maximum of 2 children aged 12
and below sharing the same room with adult and utilizing existing
beds.
Early check-out : 1 night charge will be applied.
Cancellation & Amendment Policy :
A
US$10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such
as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of
rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the
credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
If
notification of cancellation is received after payment is
done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your
credit card account less an administrative fee of US$10.00.
If
notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated
period on the confirmation, it will
be charged for an administrative fee of US$ 10.00 PLUS at
least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to
the hotel's policy in each seasons.
In
case of no-show or shortening of stay, a
fee will also be charged at least 1 (one) night room charge
which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons
PLUS an administrative fee of US$ 10.00.
Remark:
The
cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working
day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand
Public Holidays.
