BOOKING PROCEDURE :

Booking should be made at least 3 working days in advance either by e-mail to our reservation or telephone to our Bangkok Office (66-2) 677-6240.

PAYMENT :

All Bookings are on prepayment basis.  We accept payment by Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX only.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 3 working days prior to arrival date. : Non-Refundable!
3) Nonrefundable if notification of flight or date changed is received less than 3 working days prior to arrival date.
