Child Policy :

Children under 12 years old, who wish to share the room with parents, if no extra bed there is no charge.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy:

Low season :
- Cancellation less than 7 working days prior to arrival date, 1 night charge will be applied.

High & Peak season :
- Cancellation less than 14 working days prior to arrival date, 1 night charge will be applied.


  • A US$10.00 charge will be levied on each key amendment such as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the credit card holder should be one of the guest name.
  • If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of US$10.00.
  • If notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated period on the confirmation, it will be charged for an administrative fee of US$ 10.00 PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
  • In case of no-show or shortening of stay, a fee will also be charged Full amount charge (non-refundable) PLUS an administrative fee of US$ 10.00.

  • The cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand Public Holidays.
