Payment :

All bookings are prepaid. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card,JCB, AMEX) is accepted.

Cancellation Policy :

1) If notification of cancellation is received 5 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 5 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
