Montly Rates Inclusions :
- Rates are inclusive of water supply.
- Complimentary In - room broadband internet.
- Complimentary Tuk - Tuk shuttle services.
- Rate are inclusive of once a week cleaning only. If the guest prefers daily cleaning, we can arrange at THB 3,000 nett per month.
- Rate are inclusive of Electricity supply at THB 50 nett per sqm, any access amount will be charge at THB 6 plus 7% VAT.
- Access to facilities : Gymnasium, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms, spa treatments, Swimming Pool, tennis court, Children's play area, business center, self - service Launderette area, mini - supermaket, car park, travel and tour desk, home delivery Service and Panya Restaurant.

Child policy :
- Children at the age of 6 years and above, we charge the breakfast per head as adult.
- No charge for child under 6 years old sharing room with parent without extra bed(room only ), for maximum of 2 children per room
- Extra bed is required for children at the age of 6 years old and above.
