- Limousine from airport THB 2,000+ (sedan), THB 2,500+ (van) per way.
- Limousine to airport THB 2,000+ (sedan), THB 2,500+ (van) per way.
- Extra bed = THB 800+ per set per night, THB 9,000+ per set month.(exclusive of American Breakfast Coupon).
- Baby cot = THB 300+ per set per night, THB 3,000.- per set per month.
- Breakfast coupon THB 300+ per coupon.
- Breakfast coupon THB 4,000+ for 15 coupons per month.
- Breakfast coupon THB 7,500+ for 30 coupons per month.

Deposit of the guest upon check-in :

- One month security deposit for 1-3 months leased contract.
- Two months security deposit for 4 months leased contract or more.
- Centre Point requires one month advanced rental and security deposit upon checking-in.

Cancellation Policy :

- Cancellation less than 14 working days prior to arrival date, a penalty equals to booking fee will apply.
- No refund in case of no show.
