Meeting Package

Half Day Meeting: 08:00 am- 12:00 nn or 13:00 pm- 17:00 pm
Full Day Meeting: 08:00 am - 17:00 pm

  • Preparations and cleaning before and after the above mentioned hours will be charged according to the actual time used.
  • The western style refreshments are prepared base on number of people attending the meeting, including coffee, tea, one type of cake and bread, and two kinds of cookies; serving time limits to 30 minutes.
  • Western buffet is provided on first floor at the Four Seasons Cafe.
  • Meeting scratch paper and pens are provided for everyone attending the meeting.
  • Meeting room has white board, platform, microphone, and 70 inches screen.
  • Free parking available during meeting
