CONDITIONS:-
1. One Night cancellation charge will be levied under the following conditions;
~ No show on arrival
~ Cancellation of confirmed booking within two(02) working days before arrival
~ Cancellation of confirmed booking which is guaranteed during peak period.
2. Rate are subject to change with or without prior notice during peak period. We will try to inform soonest possible to avoid any inconvenience.
3. Package price applies for FIT bookings only and GROUP rates are negotiable.
4. CWB denotes CHILD WITH BED and CNB denotes CHILD NO BED.
5. Child Rates apply for children age 02 to under 12 years.
6. Extension Night for CWB is considered as TRIPLE rate.
7. Half Day City Tour is not inclusive in the Sunway Lagoon package.


All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa or Master or American Express Card) or telegraphic transfer. Guest can check-in with passport or if required, we can send"check-in voucher" to guest by fax or email. There will be no cancellation charge (except for a 5.5% credit card processing charge) if booking is cancelled 7 working days before the check-in date.
