Howerver, your clients are likely to find some on who will be more
than happy to chat with them in their own language.
Laundry
We offer complete same day laundry, dry-cleaning and valet services
at a nominal charge. Laundry bags and forms are provided in every
cabin.
Mail
Service
To mail a letter/postcard, passengers may drop off their correspondence
at our Reception Deck on Deck
7. The mail will be posted when the ship is at port.
Meals
The cruise fare package includes six meals a day onboard SuperStar
Virgo. Passengers can have their six meals in our main
dining rooms - The Pavillion Room,
Bella Vista, Mediterranean Buffet and Terrace - at no additional costs.
Complimentary moring and afternoon tea is served daily at designated
area. These speciality restaurants also offer a la carte and set menus

For passengers staying in the Balcony
Staterooms and Suites, they are entitled to a dining credit of S$400
for the 6-Day / 5 Night cruise, S$300 for the 4-Day / 3-Night cruise
and S$100 for the 3-Day / 2-Night.
This dining creadit is strictly for food in the outlets and is only
applicable to fully paid Balcony Staterooms
and Suites passengers.
Medical
Services
If they need medical assistance on board, your clients may call at
the Medical Center on Deck 4, or the Reception
Desk on Deck 7. There is a charge for medical services.
For emergency cases, the Doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. A fully
equipped medical centre is also available onboard.
Meeting
Rooms
For your clients who prefer to mix business with pleasure, they would
be happy to know that there are serven meeting rooms onbord SuperStar
Virgo. The rooms-Boardroom, Rex,
Bremen, Normandie, Europa, United States, and Mauritania-
are convertible to private gaming rooms as required. The
Picture House (accommodates 80 passengers) on Deck 8 is
also available for corporate training purposes. Rates and information
on booking of meeting rooms can be obtained from the Reception
Dask on Deck 7.
Movies
(In-House)
The latest movie selections in English and other international languages
are screened 24 hours daily through the in-cabin movie channels. Our
monthly movie features are listed in the
'Services Directory' placed in all cabins.
Muster
Stations
Muster Stations are located on Deck 8. These are the passengers' assembly
points in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Nightlife
The setting sun does not mark the end of the day for Star Cruises.
On the contrary, it's our signal to dazzle passengers even more! They
may satisfy their hunger and quench their thirst at our restaurants
and bars, allow themselves to be entertained by our musicians and
bands, attend our international show at the The
Lido or Galaxy of the Stars,
be enthralled by the latest movies, dance the night away in our Celebrity
Disco or serenade that special someone in the Karaoke
Rooms.
Overseas
Calls
Your clients may enjoy the benefits of satellite communication available
at the Reception Desk or dial
direct from their cabins using major credit cards. Instructions are
available in all cabins. Alternatively, they may also contact our
operator for assistance.
Photography
Star Cruises has its own shipboard photographer to capture some of
the highlights and memorable moments of your clients' cruise. Howerver,
for their own snaphots, speedy film processing is available and extra
rolls of film may be purchased on board.

Port
Lectures
Port lectures with screenings of some of the local attractions are
held onboard.

Pregnancy
Passage for pregnant mothers will only be permitted before their 26th
week of pregnancy, and must be accompanied by a doctor's certificate
stating that they are fit to travel. Star Cruises reserves the right
to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical conditon is not
made know during reservations or prior to sailing and shall not be
required to refund any portion of the fare paid by the aforementioned
passenger.

Location inthe Grand Piazza on
Deck 7, the counter manned by our international crew team, operates
24 hours daily and provides the following services:
