Terms & Conditions
Payment of all Bookings to be made on the first day of arrival in Singapore before the tour date. Payment to be made in Singapore Dollars only at the following tour desks listed below or our Tour Desk staff will contact you on your arrival day at the hotel to collect the payment. Upon payment, receipts will be issued on the spot and pick up time at hotel for the tour will be advised.
Please note : If prepayment is required for some tours or peak period tour dates, we will advise payment by credit card prior to your arrival in Singapore.
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed booking after payment is made, "no-show" or last minute cancellation are Non-Refundable
