two-thirds the size of Singapore and a duty-free shopping paradise, Batam
Island is undergoing rapid in frastructural development to facilitate
industrila and tourism growth.We will travel to Batam Island by a high speed ferry. Upon arrival, we will be greeted by the local guide and we will drive through the luscious greenery of this little Indonesian Island. Our first stop shall be the Vihara Budhi Sakti Temple. Next, we will proceed to Nagoya Town, the largest of three towns in Batam where we amy still see the local residents peddling their wares alomg the side streets and we will walk through the Wet Market. Our next destination is the town of Jodoh. En route we will drive past Bukit Senyum for a panoramic view of Batu Ampar industrail Village and the Singapore Skyline. Lunch will be served at a Kelong Restaurant After lunch, walk through a village to see the Kuda Kepang Show. The last stop is at a local resort where we will be served coffee or tea. Seasport facilities such as jetskis, canoes and banana boats are available at the resort at a cost. Finally, we will depart for Sekupang Pier to board a ferry back to Singapore. Note: 1. kindly check with your respective embassy whether a visa is required for your entry to Indonesia. If no secured, please ensure that your passport has a minimum period of at least 6 months. 2. Please give the following particulars at the time of booking to facilities immigration clearance. Information required are passport number, expiry date, date of birth and nationality. 3. Comfortable and flat fottwear and pants are recommended for ladies. 4. Drinks and charges for the use of resort facilities are not included in tour prices. |
