Breeze
The perfect spot for a casual evening meal while taking in the tropical ambience and spectacular cityscape from the fouth floor open terrace. Set amidst a green burst of flora, Breeze features individual, specially commissioned marquees on a soothing teak timber decking. On offers are an extensive wine list, prefectly crafted tapas and exotic cocktails as well as a more substantial menu of Cold Shellfish platters, fresh salads, and barbequed grills at your own table.

DESIRE
At the 84-seater Desire Restaurant, you start with a luscious nook infused with sensual glamour, done up in fuschia, red and black; sheer curtains and kinetic lighting create a different ambience from day to night. Add to this a slick modern menu that blends classical and contemporary cooking styles, ingredients from the east and the west, all creatively whisked together to create culinary magic. There are Simple Pleasures (appetizers) to Fatal Attraction (desserts), Between the Sheets (gourmet sandwiches), to Feather Fetish (poultry dishes).

A bar with a difference, Bold more than lives up to its name.
