Each of the Courtyard, Palm Court, Gallery and Personality suites are divided into 4 areas; a parlour & dining area leads into the bedroom and on to dressing area and en-suite bed bathroom.
PALM COURT & COURTYARD SUITES
Situated closest to the lush flora of the Hotel, these suites hold an unmatched ambience of tranquility.
With 14-foot ceilings, elegant period furnishings including oriental carpets on the teak, marble and tiled floors, each suite exudes warmth and character. All suites feature private parlours and dining areas.
PERSONALITY SUITES
The Personality Suites are posthumous tributes to some of the Hotel's dearest friends – early visitors such as Joseph Conrad, Rudyard Kipling and John Thomson; celebrities like Noel Coward, Charlie Chaplin and Ava Gardner;and acclaimed authors Somerset Maugham, Andre Malraux, Pablo Neruda and James A Michener. The specially sourced celebrity memorabilia placed within each suite distinguishes these suites. All suites feature private parlours and dining areas.
GRAND HOTEL SUITES
Distinguished by their premier location in the Main Building, each of the seven Grand Hotel Suites are elegantly appointed with tastefully selected antiques and artwork. All suites feature private parlours, dining areas and two bedrooms.
Among these are the Hotel's two premier Suites - the Sir Stamford Raffles and Sarkies Suites, each featuring two bedrooms, a private dining room that seats 8 guests, a private parlour, pantry and verandah.
