      The hotel has 627 guest rooms, including the Presidential Suite, Deluxe Suite and Executive Suites. All guest rooms have bay window, are well-appointed and luxuriously furnished in soft colours, Each room contains a writing desk, IDD telephone with bathroom extension, complimentary coffee/tea maker, mini-bar, remote-controlled colour television with in-house movies, teletext and CNN news.
      Those rooms on the top floors which belong to the Carlton Club have upgraded amenities. Occupants of club rooms and suites have exclusive access to the 26th floor carlton Club Lounge where complimentary Continental breakfast and evening cocktails are served. This lounge is a pleasant meeting place for guests and their business associates. It also offers express check-in and check-out service which are handled by an Assistant manager.
