Coffee Lounge
This dining enclave with the colonial architectural charm and contemporary furnishings offers a variety of western and local a la carte fares along with an extensive Taiwan Porridge menu. It also serves the ever-popular Local High Tea.
Deli
Delicious and beautifully presented pastries, homemade cookies and cakes are the sensational highlights of the Deli.
Gordon Grill
Famed for serving some of the finest steaks in Singapore, its menu of Continental specialties have been favourites with many discerning gourmets and is changed regularly to introduce new creations.
Most uniquely, guests can experience Gordon Grill's distinctive meat trolley service, presented in respectful decorum from European grill rooms of old. Also features a selection of international wines from its cellar.
Highland Bar
Adjacent to the Gordon Grill, is the informal setting of Highland Bar, an ideal place for aperitifs, after-dinner drinks and a selection of fine wines.
L'Espresso
Established as a choice destination for English Afternoon Tea, L'Espresso is a cosy cafe by day and a chic lounge by night, complete with a breezy poolside terrace area which was revamped in 2005. Guests can also enjoy delightful set lunch and dinner menus as well as gourmet dim sum and dishes.
Min Jiang
Aptly named after the Min River of Sichuan, this restaurant presents a lavish dining concept in Chinese cuisine. Its menu features delicate oriental fare from different provinces, including celebrated dim sum and barbecued specialties from an outdoor grill kitchen.
Min Jiang at One North
Set amidst luscious greens, undulating grounds and tree-lined winding roads, Min Jiang at one-north is the Hotel’s first food & beverage outlet located externally, and the only Chinese fine-dining restaurant housed in a stylish two storey black and white colonial-style bungalow. Enjoy a new dining experience and sample the restaurant’s specialty - its truly authentic Beijing Duck served with 8 different condiments. This delicacy is specially prepared by Chefs from Beijing and roasted to perfection in a custom-made wood-fired oven.
