Inagiku
Singapore's premier Japanese restaurant, with an established reputation for serving superior Japanese cuisine made from only the freshest and most authentic of Japanese ingredients. Plaza Market Cafe
Specially for lovers of traditional Peranakan cuisine, a unique cultural tapestry arising from the intermarriage of the Chinese and Malay heritage in Singapore. Its cuisine is a delicious amalgamation of Chinese (rice, soya beans, stir-fried dishes) and Malay, which advocates the liberal use of chilli, coconut milk and spices. The resplendent buffet spread is a showcase of authentic Peranakan offerings, jazzed up with an international twist.
