Atlantis Seafood Restaurant not only caters to the daily meals of the resort guests and walk-ins, they will also be in charge of the setup of the BBQ pits and provision of the food items (both cooked and raw) for the guests. In fact, they are our key F&B catering agent for outdoor functions at the resort offering local specialties that include Sri Lankan chilli crab, Fried Lala Bee Hoon and Sauna Prawns.

Besides these, kids can try their luck at longkang fishing as well as having endless fun at the Mini F1 Race Track. Essence Vale's herb garden is a collection of more than 30 types of herbs that are used in aromatherapy. Some of the herbs are not seen in the common herb and spice garden. Guests will be able to see the widest variety of herbs that can be found in Singapore. The herb garden is designed in an orderly yet beautiful manner. As one walks through the garden, the sight and smell of the herbs will give the guest a relaxing and refreshing feeling. The herbs are arranged according the plant part where essential oils are extracted from.
