The hotel has four beautifully appointed meeting rooms located on Level 4, the Changi Rooms (I, II & III), and the Kallang Room, which are named after the past and present airports of Singapore. These rooms are fully equipped with electronic lighting and temperature controls.

The Changi Room with a total floor area of 312 square metres, is the most versatile of the hotel's meeting rooms. This medium-sized meeting room can be divided with sound-proof partitions into two or three smaller rooms, giving guests the flexibility of hosting meetings for 22 to 280 persons.

The smaller meeting room is the Kallang Room with a floor area of 113 square metres and seats 28 to 120 persons comfortably.

Besides the meeting rooms, there is also the Concorde Ballroom on Level 4. The Concorde Ballroom, with a floor area of 480 square metres, has a seating capacity of 460 persons. This beautiful ballroom, ideal for large banquet functions, weddings and receptions, can also be converted into a large theatre-style meeting room for 400 persons, or a classroom-setting seminar for 120 persons.
