Above rates excludes:

  • Fuel surcharge S$ 5.00 per person (for departure within Jan 2008)
  • Fuel surcharge S$ 8.00 per person (for departure from Feb 2008)
  • Passenger Departure Fees of S$ 2.20 per person
  • Fuel surcharge S$ 5.00 per person
  • Bintan Departure Tax of S$ 2.00 per person

All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master & AMEX card). Check-in must be by original voucher and ferry tickets only. There will be no cancellation charge (except for a 5.5% credit card processing charge) if booking is cancelled 21 working days before the check-in date. Amendment charge : S$50.00 per booking per amendment. However, once ferry ticket is issue, there will be no refund or amendment.
