- Ferry taxes S$20 per pax (adult & child) payable at BatamFast ferry counter upon collection of your ferry tickets & boarding pass & S$7 Batam Terminal Fee from Sekupang/BTC terminal, or (S$6 if depart from Waterfront terminal)
- Passenger's Departure Fee of S$6.00 & Fare surcharge of S$14 per pax payable at HFC upon collection of boarding passes and S$7.00 per pax Batam Terminal Fee upon departure from Batam (with effect from 15April 2010 onwards)

- Amendment or Cancellation charge of 5.5% will be impose for booking more than 7 working days prior to departure
- No Amendment or Cancellation is allowed for bookings less than 7 working days prior to departure or during Peak & Super Peak season
