The Hibiscus Restaurant: A combination of International & Creole
cuisine; BBQs, buffets & Table d'hôte is served. The emphasis
is on quality, variety, professional presentation and service. Our Friday
evening Creole buffets and displays are not to be missed. Breakfast:
An English breakfast is served, with a range of hot and cold options,
fresh tropical fruits, Italian coffee and freshly baked croissants.
The Fisherman's Wharf: The pool grill is open for lunch and
offers succulent seafood,
sandwiches and light snacks. You can also enjoy an exotic sundowner or a refreshing
