- 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the total booking cost
- 21 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the total booking cost
- 14 days prior to the date of arrival - 75% of the total booking cost
- 7 days prior to the date of arrival or NO SHOW - 100% of the total booking cost
UNDER STAYS:
- There is no refund for under stays. The hotel will charge for the entire length of stay in the event of under stay
