Cancellations:

  • There will be no cancellation charge (except for a 5% cancellation refund processing charge) if booking is cancelled 5 working days before the check-in date (except otherwise stated in our confirmation email).
  • One room night charge plus 5.5% refund processing charge will be levied if cancellation notice is received within 5 working days (except otherwise stated in our confirmation email) prior to check in date.
  • No show will be charged 100% of the total payment.
