   The name "Sylvia" belongs to the loving and steadfast wife of Norman Ocana, who stood right beside him through poverty and richness. The name "Sylvia" was chosen to show how Norman loves his better half.
   Thus, The Sylvia Manor is the capstone of Norman's undending love for Sylvia.
   On the other hand, the word "Manor" denotes a home, making it our goal to give you a warmth, belongingness and sense of peace.

Where is The Sylvia Manor located?
   The Sylvia Manor is located along San Juan Street, about 6 to 8 minutes from the airport and 2 to 3 minutes from the pier.
   We are conveniently located at the heart of Bacolod's throbbing commercial district where business, shopping and food outlets are located. The Bacolod City Hall, public plaza, cathedral are within comfortable walking distance. We are very near the Reclamation Area/ pier where the view of the sea can be seen.
