PRESIDENTIAL SUITE-One (1) suite on the 2nd floor of the old wing. It has a bedroom and a receiving room, each room with a split-type air-con. The bedroom has a king-size bed, Cable TV, telephone with extension in the bathroom, bathroom with the toilet, bathtub, shower with hot and cold water. The receiving room has a six-seat dining table, refrigerator, mini- bar and a toilet. The suite has a balcony overlooking the grounds.

SUPERIOR SUITE- One (1) suite on the 2nd floor of the old wing. It has a bedroom and a receiving room, each room with a split-type air-con. STUDIO SUITE- One (1) suite on the ground floor of the old wing. One room with a double bed, a sala set, a split-type air-con, refrigerator, mini-bar. The receiving room has a six-seat dining table.

SUPERIOR ROOM- Twenty five (25) rooms on the ground and second floors of the old wing overlooking the grounds and pool of the hotel. Rooms on the ground floor have two (2) single beds and rooms on the second floor have two (2) single beds and rooms on the second floor have one (1) double bed and one (1) single bed. Each room has a bathroom with hot and cold water, telephone, and Cable TV.

AMBASSADOR SUITE- One (1) suite on the 3rd floor of the new wing. It has a bedroom and receiving room, each room with a split-type air-con. The bedroom has a king-size bed, bathroom with toilet, bath tub, and shower room with hot and cold water, Cable TV, telephone with extension in the bathroom. The receiving room has a six-seat dining table, refrigerator, mini-bar, kitchen, toilet, and a terrace overlooking the pool.

DE LUXE SUITE- Five (5) suites in the new wing. Each suite has a bedroom and a receiving room, each room with a split-type air-con. The receiving room has a Cable TV, refrigerator and mini-bar. Each suite has small terrace.

DELUXE ROOM- Ninety two (92) rooms on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors of the new wing, one side overlooking the pool and grounds, and the other side overlooking the Iloilo River. Each rooms has one double bed and one single bed, a split type air-con, refrigerator, mini-bar, Cable TV, bathroom with bathtub, hot and cold water, and telephone. Each room has as small balcony.
