CONDITIONS
OF SALE
1)
All fares are subject to change without prior notice and in US Dollars and do not include Passenger Handling
Fee, Security Surcharge and optional land tours. Fares stated are applicable
to Filipinos and Foreigners holiding permanent residence status with ACR in the Philippines
2) All
bookings upon confirmation, book and buy policy will apply. Payment can
be made by credit card (Visa, Master or American Express Card) or telegraphic
transfer.
3) A maximum of 3 Adults or 2 Adults + 2 Children
will be allowed in an Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony (minimum of 2 pax per cabin).
4) Single fare passenger pays 150% of twin-sharing fare.
5) Infant (below 2 years old) pays 25% of twin-sharing fare - applicable
only upon 2 full fare paying passengers.
6) A US$ 20.00 administration fee (per person) will be charged for changes
made to booking after confirmation is issued. This fee excludes cancellation
fees.

8) Visa/
Passport Requirement & Passage Restrictions
- Incomplete passport details will not be booked.
- All passports
must have at least 6 months' validity from the date of sailing.
- Any child whose
travel document is attached to the parent's passport must travel with
the accompanying parent.
- Passengers are
responsible to ensure that all travel documents and visas are in order
prior to departure from their home country. Visa and immigration regulations
vary depending on the travel destinations and the nationalities of
the passengers. Passengers are advised to consult their local travel
agents and / or diplomatic representations on the immigration formalities
for their proposed itineraries.
- Passage for ta
pregnant woman will only be permitted before her 24th week of pregnancy
at the time of sailing.
- Star Cruises
reserves the right to refuse embarkation to any passenger whose medical
condition is not made known during reservation or prior to sailing,
and shall not be required to refund any portion of the fare paid by
the aforementioned passenger.
- No refund will
be made to passengers who are denied embarkation for non-compliance
of immigration requirements.
