| 4/5 | Mrs. Kirwan, United States Sep 2012 | | We've been using this hotel for many years as a home base while in Quezon City, Philippines. The furnishings are adequate, the food mediocre, but the service and location make up the difference. Improvements have been made: free internet in the rooms, designated service elevator, repainting of rooms. We are comfortable enough, there. | | RATING DETAILS | RECOMMENDATION | | Amenities 3 Rooms 3 Cleanliness 4 Service 4 Value for Money 4 Location 5 | Business People, Senior Citizens |
| 4/5 | Mr. Bartolome, Philippines Jul 2012 | | I've stayed at this hotel for many years now and find my stay here always comfortable and enjoyable. I have known many of the staff and found them very accommodating, courteous and respectful of your privacy and person. The hotel is undergoing renovation and hopefully in 6 months will find the rooms and other surroundings fully refurbished and remodeled. | | RATING DETAILS | RECOMMENDATION | | Amenities 3 Cleanliness 3 Service 4 Value for Money 4 Rooms 4 Location 5 | Business People, Families, Nightlife / Entertainment / Clubbers, Senior Citizens, Single Ladies, Single Men, Tourists |
| 2/5 | Ms. BATARA, Philippines May 2012 | | We stayed at Imperial Palace Suites on April 28, 2012. We were slightly disappointed, it was not what we were expecting it to be. We reserved a two-bedroom suite, there was only one (1) toilet and bath, tv,etc. The room's maximum capacity is four (4) pax but we were only given two (2) bottles of water. | | RATING DETAILS | RECOMMENDATION | | Amenities 1 Service 2 Value for Money 3 Rooms 3 Cleanliness 3 Location 3 | |

| 4/5 | Ms. zel, Philippines Jan 2012 | | Me and my hubby stayed there for 10days (January 2012), we also requested for a pick up from the hotel but they were late! so we have to wait for the van to arrive. We finally got to the hotel check-in was a breeze and staffs were very friendly!! One of the security and another guy helped us with our bags to send to our room, after a while we receive a call from FO saying that we have to pay more for the pick up service as we have a lot of luggages but I said at the time of reservation (thru email) I mentioned how many bags we have and I was quoted with that price, so the person on the other line said that he will speak to his manager, and he never bothered us again... So remember to tell them how many bags you have if you're using their pick up service!
Now the room, we stayed in a one bedroom suite, it's quite old but spacious and clean and has it's own balcony and a separate room for the waiting and dining area, there was a kitchen but no utensils. The only thing I don't like about the room is the TV!! It is the box type TV and the picture is not clear even though it's a cable TV, then there were small cockroaches which I think living in the sofa!! I only saw them twice and I think they are lurking around when we are asleep. NEVER stay too long on the sofa because my hubby got bitten by them! he got 3 bites from them!
Overall the hotel is almost perfect to stay in if you do not want to spend so much but wants to be in the city surrounded by restaurants, bars and malls. I will definitely come back. But I hope they terminate the cockroaches and change the TV!!
Oh I almost forgot I'd like to thank housekeeping for keeping our room tidy even though we always leave a ton of mess. | | RATING DETAILS | RECOMMENDATION | | Amenities 3 Rooms 3 Cleanliness 3 Value for Money 4 Location 5 Service 5 | Business People, Families, Nightlife / Entertainment / Clubbers, Single Men, Tourists | See more customer reviews for this hotel
