DG Grami Hotel is the most courtiest, efficient and helpful hotel I have ever stayed. From the guide at the entrance of the hotel, to the room attendants who tidied up my room, they are all very polite. They also helped me to change my flight to an earlier flight within half an hour. All my needs were taken care of in just a few minutes. If ever I should go to visit Manila in the future, definitely I will again stayed at the DG Grami Hotel in Manila, Philippines.
