Estosan Garden Hotel situated at the heart of the birthplace of  Islam and  Christianity in Mindanao, the City of Cotabato. It is the  only Tagalog  speaking  city of the south and is the host of three (3)  Regional  Administrations: Region 12,  Region ARMM, & the  Southern Philippine  Council for Peace and Development.  Cotabato City is multi-ethnic,  multi- cultural with Muslims, Christians and Tribal  Communities living in harmony. The city is rich in cultural heritage in its colorful music, literature, architecture, native crafts and delicacies.  The city’s economy had always been and is still clustered on agribusiness and trading, with over 5,000 firms engaging daily in wholesale and retail trades in the city.

Because of the continued economic and tourism growth of the city during the early 90’s Mr. Antonio R. Santos, Sr., a city local, saw the city’s lack of facilities to cater to the hotel needs of Investors, Traders, Dignitaries, and Tourists. This prompted him to invest in his hometown.

Established on September 8, 1997 Estosan Garden Hotel had already been the venue for several important and historical events such as: the GRP-MILF Peace Talks, 10th Mindanao Business Conference, Launching of the BIMP-EAGA in the region, and the First Cabinet Meeting of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo outside Malacañang to name a few.

Estosan Garden Hotel is approximately 4 kms away from the airport, 1 km away from the Cotabato City Hall, and around 100 mts away from the seat of ARMM. It is also around 30 kms away from the port of Polloc where the Superferrys and other sea vessels dock.
