For corporate and board meetings, trainings, press conferences, training and workshops, seminars, product launch and social events, the Grand Ballroom, 9 Boardrooms and Meeting Rooms have been fully renovated to meet the needs of corporate clients for conducive large banquet events or intimate social and business gatherings.  All boardrooms and meeting rooms are equipped with coffee and tea station and dining can be pre-arranged in any of our restaurants, or you can opt for a special and private dining specially created for discerning guests.  The banquet facilities and services which can accommodate a group of 20 or 1,000 are available where flexibility is the main thrust depending on the specific need and requirement of each guest.  Also, outside catering is offered to tailor-made guest preferences and requirements.

A Grand Ballroom, eleven meeting and banqueting rooms that can accommodate from 10 up to 1,000 guests supported by elegant set-ups, delectable and wide-ranging menus, avant-garde facilities highlighted by a team of event experts are all in queue to mark new milestones, create lasting memories and ensure every event’s success.


Dusit Grand Ballroom can be partitioned into two independent function rooms, Ballroom A and B allowing optimum flexibility. It is a preferred venue of Embassies, Local and Multinational Corporations for their product launches, conferences, conventions and training seminars. The Ballroom also takes pride in creating milestones - grand weddings, birthday parties, reunions and other social events.
The Meeting Centre comprises 4 Boardrooms, all fully equipped with facilities and requirements for meetings, supported with capable and seasoned meetings staff on hand to ensure guest’s needs are met. The set up for Boardrooms 1-4, includes conference tables with built-in power plug, internet access, LAN, speakers and microphones, reclining leather office chairs, LCD projector, video, DVD/CD player and Nespresso coffee making machine.
