The facilities are well maintained and the hotel itself looks new. There's a Grocery store across the street - very convenient for guests. The rates are reasonable with a PHP 3,500 deposit on check-in. The bathroom is a little small, but the suite design and the added convenience having a separate bedroom affords makes this an ideal hotel even for business travel, particularly if you needs more space for entertaining visitors in the room. The hotel conveniently situated with many bars and pubs around. Night entertainment shouldn't be any problem with these just nearby. | 4/5 | Mr. McSkimming, United Kingdom Jan 2012 | | This ticked almost all my boxes for a good mid-range hotel. Good location off Makati Avenue; modern design (this is a fairly new hotel; very clean rooms; comfortable beds; quiet and unobtrusive air conditioning and good efficient service.
Any downsides? Windows are not double glazed so there is some street noise and the breakfast menue is adequate if somewhat bland. Also, the basic studio suite comes equipped with two single beds and is somewhat small for two people.
