My wife and I stayed in the Jr. Suite of this hotel and the room was spotlessly clean and spacious,nice comfortable bed but the service was very poor. Breakfast was not buffet style. I think their published rates are quite high for a small city. And staff needs training.

I was extremely pleased with the service at the hotel. All hotel personnel - everyone - were very kind, respectful and friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat - from the security, housing, restaurant, bell hoppers, and the hosts - everyone was above and beyond the call of duty in my estimation. Good for them! The location was a plus for sure. Please refer these comments of appreciation to their General Manager.

clearly the former topnotch hotel in iloilo has aged. but still you cannot take away its most attractive proposition and that is its LOCATION..buffet b-fast is poor with very few choices..
