Compulsory Gala Dinner :
- 24 Dec 04 : at Baht 2,100 /adult and at Baht 1,300/child
- 31 Dec 04 : at Baht 4,100 /adult and at Baht 2,500/child
- 6 Jan 05 : at Baht 2,100 /adult and at Baht 1,300/child

Amendment, Cancellation and "No Show" Charges
1) In case of rooms reduce amendment or cancellation, a notice should be received by Asia Travel at least 15 working days prior the arrival. Failure to notify Asia Travel within 15 days period, the sum equivalent to a one night charge of the total rooms reserved will be levied as a "NO SHOW" charges.
2) During the period of 1st December - 28th February, a notice of rooms reduce amendment or cancellation should be received by Asia Travel at least 21 working days prior to the arrival, otherwise it will be going to automatically result to the same as stated in No. 1
3) A final rooming list should be received at least 9 working days prior to each groups arrival along with flight information and meal requirements. The hotel reserves the rights to cancel the reservation if the above condition are not met.
