Cancellation Policy :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.
2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge will be levied.
NOTE : Cancellation for peak season (15 December - 15 January) is required at least 30 working days (not including Sat., Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date.
