TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RECONFIRMATION, AMENDMENT, CANCELLATION

Any reconfirmation, amendment or cancellation , please contact respective Asiatravel staffs directly (Not the hotel)

PAYMENT :

All bookings should be made in advance and are full prepayment to Asiatravel (AT Network Co., Ltd. )only. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 10 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 10 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge AND ticket refund fee will be levied.

Note : for high season, require at least 14 working days before arrival date and at least 30 days for peak season.
