- It is very IMPORTANT for you to get the emergency call numbers from our reservation staff when you settle the payment. Our reservation will give you the telephone numbers in case you can't find the driver at airport.

- The direction and information which our reservation will advise you on the reconfirmation form are very important, please take note them. Non-refundable if you don't call to our emergency numbers in case you can't find our driver at the airport or at hotel's lobby on your departure date.
Terms and Conditions :
All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date. Payment can be made by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB and AMEX). Guest to check-in with passport. A check-in voucher showing booking details will also be faxed or emailed to guest for easy reference.
Cancellation Policy (Hotel) :
Low season (1 May - 31 October) : before 7 working days prior to check in date.
High season (1 November - 30 April) : before 14-21 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy).
Peak season (20 December - 15 January) : before 30 - 45 working days prior to check in date (subject to hotel's policy).
- A 5% of total amount charge will be levied on each key amendment such as the check-in date, check-out date, room type, number of rooms and change of the guest name etc. Please note that the credit card holder should be one of the guest name. If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before stipulated period on the confirmation, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account less an administrative fee of 5% of total amount. If notification of cancellation is received less than stipulated period on the confirmation, it will be charged for an administrative fee of 5% of total amount PLUS at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons.
- In case of no-show or shortening of stay, a fee will also be charged at least 1 (one) night room charge which will be levied up to the hotel's policy in each seasons PLUS an administrative fee of 5% of amount.
IMPORTANT : Amendment or cancellation of air ticket is followed by airline's policy.
Remark:
The cancellation or amendment on stipulated period is on working day only, not include Saturday, Sunday and Thailand Public Holidays. |
