Payment : Booking for this package is prepaid. Payment by credit card (Only Visa, Master Card, JCB, AMEX) and telegraphic transfer are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

1) If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done and before 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date : There will be no cancellation charge except for a credit card processing fee of 5%. ( 21 Dec 01 -15 Jan 02 : Cancel 30 days prior to arrival)

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 14 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one night room charge AND ticket refund fee will be levied.

Note : Surcharge for Chinese New Year and Songkran Festival, please check with the reservation.
